Matthias Gärtner

Matthias Gärtner studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Karlsruhe. In 1996, he founded the software company e.multi Digitale Dienste AG, Ettlingen, and in 2000 he listed the company on the stock exchange as a majority shareholder and director. Between 2007 and 2010, he established the Australian branch office of a European hedge fund in Sydney, Australia, where he introduced new products and was responsible for selling to private and institutional investors. Matthias Gärtner has been working as an investor and/or board member for listed companies in Germany since 2010, and for Medios AG since 2014.

Matthias Gärtner has over 20 years' expertise in the development, management and financial controlling of companies, as well as extensive capital market experience.

Mi-Young Miehler

Mi-Young Miehler studied Business Administration at Ravensburg University of Cooperative Education, as well as Korean Studies at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen and at SOAS University of London. She gained her first professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry during her dual study program at Dr. Karl Thomae GmbH, now Boehringer Ingelheim. She later worked as an in-house consultant at Schott Glas in Mainz and as a PR consultant at Scholz & Friends Agenda GmbH in Berlin.

Mi-Young Miehler has many years of experience in strategy and business development in a national and international environment. She also has extensive market knowledge in the specialty pharmaceutical sector.

Christoph Prußeit

Christoph Prußeit studied Pharmacy at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. He began his career in 2014 at BerlinApotheke Schneider & Oleski OHG where, as a specialist pharmacist, he became manager of the Sterile Laboratory business area.

Christoph Prußeit has extensive practical experience in preparing patient-specific therapies in strict compliance with the highest quality standards. This makes him a recognized expert in pharmaceutical manufacturing and drug safety.

Dr. Yann Samson studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Germany, where he also received his doctorate. He began his career in 1999 as a lawyer with Samson & Partner Patentanwälte mbB, Munich.

In the following years, he became a Member of the Executive Board of financial.com AG, Munich (2000) and a Member of the Administrative Board of Derivative Partners Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland (2004–2015). Subsequently, he held positions in the Management Board of Atacama Capital GmbH, Munich (2004–2015), and Lacuna Vermögen GmbH, Munich (2015–present). Dr. Samson was also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Equity First AG, Munich, from 2004 to 2006.

He remains a Member of the Executive Board of financial.com AG (since 2000), a Member of the Management Board of Lacuna Vermögen GmbH (since 2015) and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Palgon AG (since 2018). He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Medios AG since 2015.

As an experienced lawyer and member of the management boards of various companies, Dr. Samson has years of expertise in legal matters and in corporate management.

Between 2002 and 2015, he founded several companies (including Insumed GmbH, Gig GmbH, BIA Systems GmbH and thesportgroup GmbH).

Today, he is a certified specialist attorney for medical law and the owner of the law firm Messner Rechtsanwälte and of Messner Unternehmensberatung, Mainz. He has been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Medios AG since 2016.
